Of Little Importance
You don't see the dharma to be important (Rinpoche addresses the course participants). It's clear: the proof is there for anyone to see if you stop and think about it just a little bit.
One proof is that most of you have children, but only a couple of you have brought your children here with you or send your children to the local dharma centre, etc.
Do you send them to school? Yes. Do they want to go? No, mostly not. So why do you make them go? You'd say, “Well, it's very important they receive an education. Things would not go well for them if they didn't go to school.”
So it's clear you do not think it is at least as equally important that your children receive an education in the dharma and that things can still go well for them without the dharma.
That is just one sign among many.
I'm not sure you value the dharma even as much as a cup of coffee
