March 16, 2022 - The Kindness of the Lama
For almost one year now, from the holy site of Namo Buddha Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, Kyabje Yongzin Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, despite the burden of his advanced 90 years of age, has been consistently bestowing transmissions upon our community of lamas, tulkus, khenpos and sangha members. These transmissions have included profound teachings of both learned and realised Indian and Tibetan masters, such as the Indian Mahamudra texts. And now, exceptionally, Rinpoche is currently transmitting his own collected works.
March 14, 2022 - Completion of the 8th cycle of retreat
The retreat lamas of the eight cycle of retreat at Thrangu Sekhar Retreat Centre concluded their three-year three-fortnight retreat on 13th March 2022 with an auspicious closing ceremony.
