Having the name “lama”, I don’t see myself as someone who tells others what to do and what not to do, like a boss. I feel more like a servant. I try to carry myself with the thought that I will do whatever I can to help any being for them to turn out better or move closer to the dharma (the truth).
Even if I don’t have the ability to help much at the moment, I make aspirations that I will be able to do so one day in the future. This is also my hope for my students, I would be disappointed if one day I was to hear or see that they are carrying themselves like a big shot VIP. I work hard to teach them with the hope that one day in the future they will also become servants of sentient beings.
