Thriving Under Analysis

We can know that Buddhism is authentic by the fact that the more we analyse it the deeper it becomes: it more than withstands scrutiny. That is not the case for lesser philosophies etc, who’s statements are revealed as fallacious or untenable when put under the spotlight of intelligent inspection.

The dharma does contain teachings that seem a little odd or questionable on their face, such as some aspects of the practice and conduct, but these too lead to new and profound insights for those who take the time to properly adopt or analyse them.
