Geshe Lharampa Tehor Dawa Tsering Visits Thrangu Sekhar

Geshe Lharampa Tehor Dawa Tsering, the preeminent expounder of the vast textual traditions of Sūtra and Mantra, accepted my invitation to come here to Thrangu Sekhar International Retreat Centre in Nepal.

He came in the manner of a plain and ordinary monk, and in many respects—his outlook, etc.—he reminded me of Khenchen Lama Tsultrim Lodrö. And I could not help but think how wonderful it would be if we Tibetans of the Land of Snows had many more holy beings such as these.

With prayers for Geshe Dawa Tsering’s longevity and extensive activity,
Karma Lhabu
