Edinburgh – Uk

Having set out early on the 11th of August, and having flown for about 12 hours I arrived in Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital, in the evening. A total journey time of almost 24 hours when including journeying to and from the airports, flight transfers, etc.

I never used to mind travelling, but now, with the onset of old age, travelling is accompanied by some apprehension.

On August 12th, in the Kagyu Dzong Dharma Centre of Edinburgh, I gave two teachings; one on the Four Dharmas of Gampopa, one on the purpose of calm-abiding meditation.
