Last Day in Malawi

In the African country of Malawi on May 6th, I gave meditation classes to the high school students of the Amitofu Care Centre. I taught and took questions from the grade 1 students from 08.00 to 09.30 and from the grade 3 students from 09.30 to 11.00.
At 14.00 I was interviewed by Buddhistdoor Global via Zoom.
Then, from 15.30 to 17.00, I met Amitofu Care Centre’s grades 2 and 4 high school students to again offer some meditation instruction and respond to questions.
That concludes my time and activities in Malawi for now. I wish happiness and well-being for you all.
