Start of the 8th cycle retreat in Thrangu Sekhar Retreat Center

A few days ago the sixth cycle of retreat here at Thrangu Sekhar Retreat Centre drew to conclusion. The seventh cycle is ongoing and they are about two years into the programme. On January 27th the eighth group entered retreat. I pray that they take their practice through to completion.
(Among the different sections of this retreat centre, these groups are following the traditional Karma Kamtsang retreat programme.)
