Teachings at Kagyu Samye Dzong London

I arrived in England having travelled from Spain on the morning of October 5th.
In the evening, I taught about meditation at Kagyu Samye Dzong London.
On the 6th, I gave a teaching to those connected to the Dharma Centre who are practising the preliminaries.
