The 7th Annual One-Week Retreat For the Thrangu Gompa Lamas

The 7th annual one-week retreat for the Thrangu Gompa Lamas has just concluded.

The retreat took place between the 24th and 30th of the month in which the Buddha descended from the heavenly realms (November 17th – 23rd 2022).

It was held at the supreme site of Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, Namo Buddha, and was attended by the gompa’s retreat lamas, with Choje Lama, the khenpos and tulkus chief among them. During the retreat, teachings were given on the Precious Ornament of Liberation.
